The crash was reported on Thursday, April 16 shortly before 4 p.m., when deputies were originally called to the area of Toledo Way and Ridge Route Drive for a pedestrian struck by an e-bike.

A 14-year-old boy was arrested and booked at Orange County Juvenile Hall for charges related to the incident, police said.
