• Man, 48, Suspected Fatal DUI Crash In Lake Forest Arrested (patch.com) — A Lake Forest pedestrian has died after an alleged DUI collision near Portola Parkway and Market Place, and deputies have arrested a 48-year-old local man in connection with the crash. Investigators are asking Lake Forest residents who saw anything or have information to contact the Major Accident Investigation Team or report tips anonymously through Orange County Crime Stoppers.
