Chili Cookoff Raises Funds for Charity
Woman's Club of Lake Forest raises $4,000 to help charity
On Friday night the Sun and Sail Woman’s Club of Lake Forest held a Chili Cookoff at Lake 2 clubhouse and nearly 200 people stopped by to sample chili, enjoy dinner, and dance to a great Country and Western band (The Kelly Ra Band).
The charity event helped raise nearly $4,000 which will be given to local charities.
This is their 2nd annual event. I can’t wait for the 3rd.
