City Council Holds Special Meeting
5 Year Strategic Business Plan comes under scrutiny next Tuesday night

This Tuesday night the City Council is having a special meeting to review the “5-Year Strategic Business Plan”. The Council will sit with the two City Commissions and with prior Council members to discuss potential capital projects, public facilities, and key programs and projects in preparation of the forthcoming Fiscal Year 2015-2016 City Operating Budget and the 2015-2017 Capital Projects Budget. Depending on the discussions, at a future meeting the Council may revise the 5-Year plan.
Also on the agenda are 3 other items recently introduced by Council members for discussion –
- · Annual reports of Commission Activities (Hamilton)
- · City efforts to support local artists (Gardner)
- · Revitalizing the terminus of Ridge Route (Gardner)
The public is invited and can make comments, although since this is a “special meeting” the nature of the comments must be restricted to the agenda items only.
