CDBG GRANTS
Last month the staff offered their recommendations (Click Here) and we had a 30 day comment period. Now the proposal needs to be voted on. Staff is recommending the original project with one exception – reducing the amount to SVUSD and distributing it among the other applicants.

TEMPORARY SIGNAGE FOR AUTO DEALERS
The new proposal would allow automobile dealerships (25 or more cars for sale) the opportunity to display temporary signage with more flexibility and greater frequency than what the Lake Forest Municipal Code (“LFMC”) currently permits
TRAFFIC AND PARKING COMMISSION
I have been struggling to get a Traffic and Planning Commission for years, but only this year has there been the resolve from the Council to move in this direction. Col. Cagley and I have been working on the guidelines (Click Here), and it’s up to t her Council to approve them and set up the Commission.
