CHANGES AT TERESINA

There are 85 new SFR approved for the top of Peachwood. Developers want to make some changes to the plans that were approved 10 years ago. As far as I can tell from the staff report, no attempt has been made to talk to the surrounding communities and get their input about the proposed changes. Some of the proposed changes don't impact the neighbors, but some do.

COUNCIL CALENDAR

Staff are recommending we cancel 2 meetings in 2019. I'm not big on cancelling meetings, so I will oppose the suggestion.

PARTICIPATE ONLINE
Don't forget that you can log onto the city's website and go to Facebook Live and participate in the City Council meeting. We are the only City that allows citizens to participate fully online.
