The City of Lake Forest and Orange County Sheriff's Department will discuss their agencies' approach to homelessness in the community, as well as explain laws and court rulings that shape the policies at a Town Hall on October 12.

Representatives from Families Forward, Mercy House, National Community Renaissance, Saddleback Church and other organizations will also be in attendance.
Residents will be encouraged to ask questions and provide feedback.

The Town Hall, the City's second on homeless issues, will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at El Toro Water District headquarters, 24251 Los Alisos Blvd, Lake Forest, CA 92630.
