Building the new Civic Center is a multi-year multi-million dollar project - the largest in the history of the City. It was one of my top priorities when I took office in 2014, since progress had been lagging. Since then we have systematically moved forward, and the first fruits of our labor is the finished two-story garage equipped with solar panels and electric vehicle charging stations.
