February 5th marked another memorable occasion for Compete Sports Performance & Rehab in Lake Forest, CA as six long term clients have signed letters of intent to play college athletics.
This brings the total to 31 college commitments, which is an incredible feat for Compete Sports Performance considering it was only founded 4 years ago. And for owner Chris Phillips, ATC, CSCS, who once served as Head Athletic Trainer for the Anaheim Ducks and who opened the business at a time when the US economy was in recession, signing day remains a special event for him. Many of these young talents, before becoming college prospects, were high school freshmen and also Compete's first clients.
