Create Custom Neon Signs At Lake Forest Teen Event
This free event gives teens the chance to create their own custom neon signs at the El Toro Library on Tuesday, Feb. 21.

LAKE FOREST, CA — Are you looking for a free teen art club for your creatively-minded child? The Orange County Public Library is hosting a Light Up Wire Art event at the El Toro Library in Lake Forest on Tuesday, Feb. 21.
Teens who attend the event will make their own neon signs with EL wire, with all materials provided while supplies last, organizers said.
The program is open to teens only, according to the event flyer.

The Light Up Wire Art program takes place from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21 at El Toro Library, 24672 Raymond Way.
