On Wednesday Mayor Pro Tem Basile and I helped Crunch Fitness celebrate its 1,000,000 client here at the local branch in Lake Forest on El Toro Rd next to Smart & Final. General Manager Christina Ruhl was on hand to welcome the Chamber and the guests to their ribbon cutting.
Right now Crunch is offering a 3 day guest pass valid until September 30.
The enormous facility offers personal training, small group training, and nutrition as well as the latest muscle building machines. They also have “Camp Crunch”, developed in partnership with Throwdown. This exclusive series of programs utilizes the Combative Training Center to build speed agility, power and strength.
