The City hosted about a dozen cub scouts and their parents with a city tour, a visit to Police services, a chance to sit in the sheriff’s car, turn on the lights, and then the siren. After that they joined me for a discussion of city activities, and then the scouts had a chance to sit at the Council seats and use the voting machine.
The scouts were from Pack 765 (Click Here) headquartered in Lake Forest and most of the kids lived here, centered around La Madera and Santiago Elementary schools. They came from 1st through 5th grades.
