Hundreds of dogs and their owners came out over the MLK Jr. long weekend to enjoy the city's only dog park. At times it was standing-room-only for the humans.
The City plans to build a much larger dog park at the corner of Saddleback Ranch Rd and Glenn Ranch Rd. Work has started on the site, but it probably won't be finished this year.
Meantime we are waiting for the much promised shade area to be added to the park.

PS - if you haven't been there, the city's dog park can be entered from Bake Pkwy at the western edge of Baker Ranch. You'll see the sign on the north side of the road, right next to Public Storage.
