Driver Sought In Fatal Orange County Hit-And-Run
A woman was killed in a crosswalk early Tuesday, now police are seeking the driver who fled the scene.

ORANGE, CA — A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a hit-and-run driver in Orange, police said.
The 58-year-old victim was in a crosswalk at Glassell Street and Katella Avenue when she was struck by a white pickup truck about 6:30 a.m., said Sgt. Rob Thorsen of the Orange Police Department.
The woman was walking east to west, and the truck was going north on Glassell, making a right-hand turn to go east, Thorsen said.

The victim, whose name has not yet been released, died at an area hospital, he said.
