DUI Checkpoints Tonight in Irvine, Anaheim, Santa Ana
Police will be out in force tonight in the cities of Irvine, Anaheim and Santa Ana at DUI Checkpoints in North Orange County.

IRVINE, CA—Orange County officials have posted DUI checkpoints in three of the largest cities, according to reports. Tonight, checkpoints will be established in Irvine, Anaheim and Santa Ana.
Irvine's Police Department will have a sobriety checkpoint from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. in the area of Jamboree Road and Michelson Drive.
The Anaheim Police Department Traffic Unit will conduct DUI/drivers license checkpoint in the area of Magnolia and Crescent avenues from 8 p.m. Friday through 3 a.m. Saturday morning.

The Santa Ana Police Department will post a DUI checkpoint on the 500 block of West Warner Avenue from 9:30 p.m. and runs through is scheduled to 2:30 a.m.
Drivers caught driving under the influence should expect arrest, jail time, fines, fees, DUI classes and and costly fines and expenses.

Funding for these checkpoints is provided to each police department by California Office of Traffic Safety grants, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
