An early morning motorcycle fatality was reported by the CHP on southbound 5 freeway and Jamboree Road. The name of the victim not released
TUSTIN, CA —A motorcyclist was killed today in a crash involving a truck on the southbound Santa Ana (5) Freeway in the Tustin area, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred about 7 a.m. near Jamboree Road, CHP officers stated. No information has yet been released on the victim.
Both the southbound 5 Freeway carpool lane and the No. 1 lane were closed during the investigation regarding the circumstances of the crash. No other vehicles were reported as being involved.
