The El Toro Water District (ETWD) has a “water wise demonstration garden” that opened on March 30. The idea is to create an outdoor educational classroom to inspire water-wise gardening and promote water conservation. The garden, located at 24251 Los Alisos Blvd. will be open 365 days a year, from dawn to dusk. Residents can take self-guided tours and learn new ideas through the beautiful plant variations available and the tools and resources to use in converting their water-thirsty grass into colorful landscape.
ETWD serves 49,000 people and covers about 5,430 acres including all of the city of Laguna Woods (36%), and portions of the cities of Laguna Hills (21%), Mission Viejo (12%), Lake Forest (27%) and Aliso Viejo (4%).. For more information, Click Here.
