12 week beginning, intermediate, and advanced running program

This outdoor course is ideal for people wanting to explore the trails for the first time, as well as veteran trail runners wanting to experience more of a group training with a personal touch. In this course you will be doing long runs once a week with your pace group Sunday and also following a training schedule requiring 3 other runs during the week.
The goal of this class is to get you to the start line of your Trail Race, injury free.

Training Programs Offered:

Off the Couch- Getting Started
-You are starting something entirely new
-You want to be more healthy and fit.
-Each time you go out for a run you encounter a new side of yourself.
-Your workout starts to become a special time for you.
-You want to lose a few pounds


Intermediate Runner Program- Keep on moving
-You can identify with those who are addicted to running
-You may be intimidated by the “high achievers” — competitors and marathoners
-You always have a “glow” at the end of the run
-You rarely have a have a plan or goal
-You have a healthy diversion and don’t feel the need to get anything more out of it.
-You are a bit more independent.
-You prefer company to running alone, but you’ll pick and choose your group with care.


Competitor Program-Racing is the main driving force.
-You start to plan your running around racing goals
-You are racing for times

Ultramarathon Trail Running Program-
- A Runner that enjoys a change in scenery
- Trail running events that start at 50km (31 Miles)
