Irvine Lake Mud Run

This mud run is a 3.8-mile off-road obstacle course through trails, over hills. It starts and finishes at Irvine Lake. The course includes  jump walls, ramps, crawl tubes, and mud pits. This year, the course includes a mud luge and a number of water drenching experiences.

Gates open at 6:30 a.m. and the first wave begins at 8 a.m. Runners are encouraged to register online in advance and arrive at least one hour prior to start time. There may be spots available the day of the race, but the mud run frequently sells out.

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 men and women runners in the individual races by age group and the top 3 teams in each category.
