Free Drive-Thru Groceries In Lake Forest: First Saturday Program
Do you need a helping hand with groceries? Find extra support on Saturday, Aug. 7 from 9 to 11 a.m. thanks to Saddleback Church & SVUSD.
LAKE FOREST, CA — During the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, for many Lake Forest residents there is more month than money. That's why local officials host the First Saturday of the Month food distribution program.
Those in need can pick up what they need for free at El Toro High School, 25255 Toledo Way in Lake Forest from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday.
Saddleback Church and Saddleback Valley Unified School District continue to work together to bring fresh food and shelf-stable goods into the hands of families in need on the first Saturday of every month.

"Come get fresh produce, dairy products, meat, bread, desserts, frozen food and canned goods," a spokesperson says. "All in a format designed to keep you and your family healthy."
The distribution is for all, no appointment is necessary.

"Drive through or walk-up with a wagon, stroller, or cart for us to fill up," they say. "You matter to God and you matter to us."
