Local sports training facility, Compete Sports Performance & Rehab in Lake Forest, CA, will be providing free fitness training tomorrow as part of their Open House. Adult SportFlex class starts at 9am and Athletic Performance Class for kids 10-18 years old starts at 10am.
Tomorrow's Open House marks the 5 year anniversary for this local training facility that has trained several professional athletes and has helped many youth athletes obtain college scholarships to play sports.
The Open House also includes free injury evaluations as well as opportunities to win tickets to LA Kiss Arena Football games and OC Blues Soccer games.
