Free Mental Performance Training Seminar
This workshop was created to help athletes to develop the tools to gain confidence in their sport. Tuesday, January 21st at 8pm

This workshop was created to help athletes to develop the tools to gain confidence in their sport. Through the use of professional instruction, handouts, exercises and discussions the athlete will gain the knowledge of where confidence is developed for the individual athlete.
Sports Psychology is part of the athlete triangle of performance. The athletic triangle consists of tactical, technical and mental development. We gain tactical skills through strength and conditioning and sports performance training, technical skills are gained through on field drills and coaching, and lastly mental skills are developed by proper mental skill development and interventions. Mental skills are often times thought of as the most important aspect of sports performance but also the most misunderstood. For this reason, this mental skills program will help the athlete understand an important part of mental skills more clearly.
The free seminar will be held at Compete Sports Performance and Rehab on Thursday, January 21st at 8pm. Compete is located at 26242 Dimension Drive, Suite 150, Lake Forest. Contact chris@competeperformance.com to reserve your spot.
