Fullerton Police Chief On Administrative Leave After Concert
An incident at a concert involving the Fullerton Police Chief & EMTs has left him on paid administrative leave, the department said.

FULLERTON, CA — Fullerton Police Department's chief is on paid administrative leave after a weekend incident at the Lady Antebellum concert at Five Point Amphitheater, according to the Irvine Police Department.
Fullerton Police Chief David Hendricks and one other officer became involved with EMTs in what is being described as "an off duty incident," NBC4 reported.
An investigation is underway within the department, and no arrests were made, however Hendricks and the other officer were asked to leave the concert.

A statement regarding the incident was left by the Fullerton Police Department:
This investigation is unconnected to the performance of official duties, as it relates to allegations of off-duty conduct outside of the City.
The City does not intend to provide further details or comments regarding this matter," they said.

Capt. Bob Dunn is serving as acting chief of police until further notice, they said.
