Habitat For Humanity OC Fundraiser Aims For $300K For Houses

ORANGE COUNTY, CA — Habitat for Humanity of Orange County hosted an all-day virtual fundraiser Wednesday, taking the place of its fundraising breakfast, canceled due to the COVID-19 crisis.

At intervals throughout the day, Habitat OC shared a series of videos through its social media channels with testimonials from Habitat OC families and dedicated partners.

The goal is to raise $300,000 to build more homes for local families in need, a spokesperson said.

"A price tag can't be can't on the value and experience of owning a home," they wrote on their Facebook page.
