Husband, 92, Charged In Wife's Brutal Stabbing

FULLERTON, CA — A Fullerton man was charged with the brutal stabbing murder of his 92-year-old wife, authorities said.

William Frederick Dusablon, who also faces a sentencing enhancement allegation of the personal use of a deadly weapon, is scheduled to be arraigned Monday afternoon at the Central Justice Center in Santa Ana.

On Sunday, at about 6:25 a.m. Fullerton police officers were sent to the couple's home in the 900 block of Creekside Drive, Fullerton police Lt. Jon Radus said.

Chiyoko Dusablon was pronounced dead at the scene, he said.

"Upon arrival, officers located a 92-year-old female with significant stab wounds," Radus said in a prepared statement. "This appears to be an isolated incident and there is no threat to the community."
