Injured Cyclist Rescued By Helicopter Near Lake Forest
Orange County Fire Authority airlifted a cyclist, injured while riding in Shady Canyon, Thursday.

LAKE FOREST, CA - Orange County Fire Authority responded to an emergency call of a downed cyclist in Shady Canyon, an OCFA department spokesperson said.
Just after noon on Thursday, OCFA Helicopter 1 working with ground-based resources conducted the remote medical aid for the bike rider who suffered an unknown injury.
A rescue paramedic treated the subject, then transported the person with unknown injuries to a local trauma center.
