Kiwanis Recognized by City

City Council recognizes 100th anniversary of Kiwanis International

Kiwanis International of Lake Forest was recently recognized by the City of Lake Forest on the 100th anniversary of their founding. In addition to supporting City events, Kiwanis is sponsoring the Boys and Girls Club and recently held a food drive for South County Outreach. Kiwanis members collected over 4,400 pounds of food as well as more than $700 in cash. Combined, this is enough food/cash to nearly 500 families for a week.

Thanks to the volunteers who included Andrew Nguyen, Michael Hayes, Elizabeth Smith, Lisa Lotito-Byers, Cindy Frerking, Kusk Patil, and Margie Matsil.
