Lake Forest 2018 Part 7 (State of the City)

Where are we now?

We spent nearly a week going through the achievements in the past four years. By my total, we initiated over 50 new projects, most of which are up and running and a few which are only just now being started (e.g., Online Neighborhood Watch, Community Foundation) and a few which are still under study but initiated (e.g., Multi-city Police study, Fee Revisions).

In the past, Lake Forest averaged about 1 new project every year and for each project, it took an average of 2 years for the project to get completed.

By comparison, we initiated and completed more projects in the past 4 years than had ever been initiated in the history of the City cumulatively.
