Lake Forest Business Celebrate 7 Years

Compete Sports Performance and Rehab is celebrating their seventh year in Lake Forest, California this month. Compete was opened by Chris Phillips, an Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist with over 20 years in professional sports. The Lake Forest business provides sports performance training, personal training and rehab of sports injuries.
