LAKE FOREST, CA — A picture is worth a thousand words, and there was no happier picture this week than a little boy with a brand new bike, thanks to a couple of Lake Forest Deputies.

One week ago, Lake Forest Orange County Sheriff's Deputies surprised a young boy with a bike after his bicycle was reported stolen from Foothill Ranch Towne Center.

The boy, Franz, discovered his bike was stolen several weeks ago, they tell us. Franz had parked it and locked it up while at the shopping center.
