Lake Forest Farmers Market Returns After 18-Month Hiatus
The popular community farmers market is making a comeback after an 18-month hiatus, the city reported Monday.
LAKE FOREST, CA — Lake Forest residents, break out the reusable bags and prepare yourself for this season's harvest — the Lake Forest Certified Farmers' Market is returning to the city's sports park after an 18-month long closure.
On Wednesday, Lake Forest residents can skip the grocery store lines and opt to visit the community's farmers' market, where they can support local vendors selling vegetables, fruits, specialty items and much more.
The farmers' market will run every Wednesday, according to the city's announcement on Twitter. Vendors will be at their posts from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Lake Forest Sports Park.
