LePort Montessori School Students Donate Winter Items to Local Seniors

Students delivered a donation of winter items and sang to local seniors

Students at Leport Montessori School Irvine Spectrum in Irvine recently held a donation drive to collect winter items for the Orange County Children's Therapeutic Arts Center’s Early Intervention Services for Older Adults (EISOA) program, which offers culturally sensitive and multilingual services that prioritize the well-being of residents aged 60 years and older. Students donated a variety of items, including blankets, gloves, hats and heaters. In addition to the donation, students performed carols for a group of EISOA seniors, singing holiday songs in English and Spanish. Through this initiative, students learned the value of helping others, especially during the holiday season.
