Mark Tettemer Poised To Help Bring Back A Functional City Council
Tettemer's past city council experience is a big benefit to Lake Forest residents in order to tackle our upcoming issues and concerns

Mark Tettemer is running for Lake Forest City Council in District 4. He's a native southern Californian and a 23-year resident of Lake Forest. Mark and his wife Brenda raised their two children here and are proud to call Lake Forest their home.

Tettemer was a City Council Member from 2005 to 2012 and Mayor of Lake Forest in 2008 and 2009. He was also a Planning Commissioner from 2002 to 2004, and is currently a Commissioner on the newly formed Traffic and Parking Commission.

During Mark's service with the City, he and the council accomplished many great things on behalf of the community. Here is a partial list:
- Improved the traffic along El Toro Road at "The Arbor"
- Established six new parks and funded the new Sports Park, City Hall, and Community Center without debt
- Completed Alton Parkway and Rancho Parkway for better traffic circulation
- Increased traffic improvements including new signalization and landscaped medians
- Established the Lake Forest Chamber of Commerce and increased business/civic participation
- Collaborated with Saddleback Valley Unified School District for local school improvements
- Worked with the Orange County Sheriff's Department and Orange County Fire Authority on public safety.
Mark Tettemer has the proven track record of working with others to benefit the residents of Lake Forest. Tettemer is the best choice for District 4.
