Men Follow Woman Home From OC Mall, Steal $200K In Property: Police

The Irvine Police Department asked for the public's help in finding two suspects wanted for a follow-home burglary.

IRVINE, CA — Authorities asked for the public's help in finding two men wanted in connection with a follow-home burglary in Irvine this weekend.

The men reportedly followed a woman home from South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa Sunday, Sept. 10 after she made "expensive purchases," the Irvine Police Department reported.

According to authorities, she left her home later that Sunday, and that's when the suspects broke into her home and stole more than $200,000 in property.

The suspects drove an older white Mazda CX9 and a 2014 silver Mazda CX-5, police said.
