Murder At Forest Glen Apartments: Man, Woman Arrested

LAKE FOREST, CA — On Monday, a man collapsed in the courtyard area of the Forest Glen apartments in Lake Forest. He died shortly thereafter.

Orange County Sheriff's Department responded to the call of unknown trouble, finding the man with "significant wounds" at the scene. The victim, a Hispanic man in his twenties, was declared dead by responding personnel, according to reports.

Investigating officers were led to arrest two suspects, a man, Jose Andrade-Membreno, 22, and woman, Xiomara Berrios, 18.

Both were booked and were being held on $1 million bail.

The investigation into the circumstances surrounding this homicide is ongoing, according to OCSD.
