On Friday the Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Patch Coffee Co located at 29100 Portola Pkwy. Joining me were the Mayor (Scott Voigts) and the Mayor Pro Tem (Leah Basile) along with El Toro Water District Board member Jose Vergara. Brian Lau from the Chamber was the host.
Patch has a host of different types of coffees and goodies to eat. Much more than any other comparable store I've been to. In addition they have a variety of seating arrangements that should suit anyone or any group.
One of the great things about Patch is that they promote local artists and businesses (see picture), and in the near future they'll be adding live music. Their slogan is "Come for our Coffee and stay for the Community" and they really mean it.
