
The Pet Adoption Center (PAC) of Lake Forest is celebrating their anniversary with an open house and adoption event, followed by a fund raiser. The open house will take place on today, Sunday July 1 from 2 pm to 5 pm. Then, immediately following the open house there will be a fund raiser from 5 pm to 8 pm at the Lake 1 clubhouse. As a special treat, Lake 1 members will give people free rides on their boats to view the lovely Lake 1 lakefront homes.
The PAC address is 24331 Muirlands, Suites E & F. (next to El Conejito). The adoption center is closed Monday and Tuesday, open Wednesday from 12-7 PM, closed Thursday, open Friday 12-6 PM, Saturday 12-6 PM, and Sunday 12-5PM. PS - the picture shows Lake Forest's youngest "foster parent". She and her sister are helping foster 3 of the cats that were rescued from the hoarding situation involving nearly 100 cats and kittens. There are still dozens of cats waiting to be adopted or fostered.
