It started raining about 7 am and by 10 am the ground was soaked, but that didn't stop hundreds of people from visiting the Pet Expo at the Sports Park yesterday and that didn't stop dozens of groups from showing up with their products and their pets. Among the visitors were Col. Tom Cagley, Council members Voigts and Robinson, and Parks Commissioners Rosenberg and Herrin.
