The new Irvine Din Tai Fung joins locations in Costa Mesa and Brea, both of which have seen great success, Vice President of Brand Marketing & Corporate Affairs Jessica Chao told Patch.

"We’ve seen firsthand how strongly Orange County guests have embraced Din Tai Fung. Our existing locations give us clear signals that there is sustained demand and more opportunity to grow in this market," Chao said. "Opening a third location allows us to better meet demand and make our restaurant even more accessible to our community, while maintaining the quality, care, and hospitality we’re known for."
