The Saddleback Valley Elks held a celebration to honor the Deputy and the Firefighter of the Year for Lake Forest (and the rest of South Orange County).
The Deputy of the Year is Robert Blackburn
The Firefighter of the Year is Jeremy Bart. He works out of Station 22 in Laguna Hills, that serves Lake Forest.
