UC Cooperative Extension Master Gardeners, Master Composers, and Master Food Preservers invite you, your family and friends to visit South Coast REC for an adventure of discovery. Learn how to make delicious jam or pickles, discover gardening solutions, take a garden tour, and more. With your efforts we may someday have the Lake Forest Community Garden Park at the Whispering Hills Park Site so the children may learn about growing their own food, families can have recreation time together as a family and the seniors who are a reservoir of knowledge and experience can share with those that are younger. A passive park with demonstration and learning garden areas, farm area, historical agricultural area, and giving/sharing area.
