The Festival Singers of Orange County presents "Sing Me To Heaven" as the second concert of their season titled “Oh! The Places We Will Go.” The concert begins with lively spirituals about what is in store for us in that place "O'er the River Jordan" variously called "Heaven" or "The Promised Land." The program also includes works by Brahms, Copland, Gawthrop and Handel, and features the west coast premiere of "Shake My Faith - A Passover Gospel Story" by local composer Karen Hart.
