South OC Regal Theater Closes Doors Wednesday

LAKE FOREST, CA — A south Orange County movie theater will be closing its doors to the public with plans to reopen under a new brand, the Orange County Register reported.

Regal, which is closing theater locations in bankruptcy, has sold the movie theater at 26602 Town Center Drive in Lake Forest to Cinemark, according to the report.

The theater will close for a short time, the report said, and Regal staff will all remain retained on Cinemark's payroll.
