The City is having our quarterly Special Needs Dance on Saturday night. The theme is Valentine's Day. These dances are open to everyone and are great fun.
BTW - if you're interested in special needs the City will have a Special Needs Resource Faire on April 28 at 9 am to 11:30 am at the Sports Park. There will be dozens of booths and lots of information. Our first year was good but last year was even better.
Also, one of our residents is interested in putting together an ad hoc committee that looks at how well the city is providing resources for people with special needs. They would look at what provisions are now being made and identify any gaps in services. If you're interested in serving on this committee, send me an e-mail and I will forward.
