Sports Park Landscape Makeover Proceeds

Here's an update.

A few weeks ago I investigated a complaint about the landscape at the Sports Park (Click Here). I met with the landscape manager and the Public Works Director and we toured the facility and talked about ways to improve. They have a plan to gradually re-do the impacted areas. Last week I stopped by to see how it was going and it was going well. Here are a few pictures.

The city is doing the makeover area by area, and by the end of the year we expect everything to look great.

OTOH, Mayor Voigts and I found the landscape at Regency Park to be a little glaring and we've asked for some improvements there. (See second set of pictures)
