Thanksgiving Speed Clinic

Compete Sports Performance and Rehab will be offering a Speed Clinic on Tuesday November 24th from 10am to noon. Compete’s certified Strength Coaches will be using proven techniques to improve acceleration, first step quickness, agility and top end speed. In today’s sports, speed matters. Improving mechanics and technique will allow athletes to move faster with less effort. Participants will be tested at the beginning and at the end of the clinic to show improvement. The speed clinic will be open to athletes from age 10 to 18 in all sports. Cost for the two hour clinic is $50. Contact Chris Phillips at chris@competeperformance.com to reserve your spot.
