Tiny Toy Testers In Lake Forest, Goddard Preschoolers Rate Play
Preschool children in Lake Forest had the rare (fun!) opportunity to play with some of the newest toys in advance of the Christmas season.
LAKE FOREST, CA — A group of Lake Forest preschoolers had a lot to smile about this fall, when they were tasked with an elf-style assignment. The Goddard Preschool kids were part of the interactive assignment to decide which toys were the most fun to play with.
Teachers observed, documented and rated the toys with a specific criteria, that will help to make up the Top 10 Preschooler Approved Toy list, due out in November.
"The kids were thrilled to play with all the toys," a spokesperson for the school told Patch. The Goddard Preschoolers were encouraged to free play with the new toys, using their imagination to determine which toys were the most fun and which ones they just didn't get or enjoy.

Toys by PlayMonster, LeapFrog the Manhattan Toy Company and V-Tech were all giving the good old preschooler try.
Initial front runners were the Orangutwang and Kid O Orgami Color Changing Boats by PlayMonster, according to the Goddard Preschool.

"It was so much fun to take part in the nationwide toy test to help determine the hottest toys of the upcoming season," Parina Mehta, owner of the Lake Forest Goddard School said.
