Waivers Required to Skate Etnies in 2012

Skateboarders interested in riding in 2012 must fill out a liability waiver and a membership application to get into the park.

Each January, skaters are required to fill out the pair of documents and bring them to the park because the forms expire each calendar year, according to park staff.

Prospective skateboarders younger than age 18 need parent signatures on both forms.
