Whispering Hills Park 2nd Workshop, August 6

The 2nd community workshop will be held on Thursday evening, August 6, 2015 at 6:30 PM at the Lake Forest City Hall. RJM the design firm hired to do a conceptual design of the Whispering Hills park site will present their draft conceptual design based on the community input from the January 31, 2015 community workshop. At the 1st Workshop held on January 31, 2015, over 100 individuals from the community came together in 9 groups to formulate a design for the Whispering Hills Park site. All 9 groups came up with a predominate theme of a “Community Garden Park”, a park comprised of demonstration gardens, individual parcles and a giving garden.
