Working Wardrobes Receives $5,000 donation to Support New Career Center

Frontier Communications employees demonstrate commitment to veterans by volunteering at Working Wardrobes

Frontier Communications is committed to honoring Veterans for their brave service and helping them with their transition home. To show their appreciation, on August 9, Frontier’s SoCal Experience team volunteered at Working Wardrobes.

Employees donated their time to sort clothing, write encouraging notes, and put together congratulatory packages to gift to veterans when they secure a job. Each package included essentials including a gas card, office supplies, toiletries and a few other surprises to help deserving Veterans as they start their new employment.

As part of the volunteer event, Jerri Rosen, CEO and founder, along with her staff, greeted the employees upon their arrival to the facility. Susie Tuttle, Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility, then led the volunteers through a tour of the entire facility including their warehouse and donation distribution center.

We are providing interview tools, work essentials and much needed encouragement to assist veteran clients in getting back into the workforce.”
